Tshirt off shoulder rouched sleeve - One shoulder gathered sleeve - How ...

I saw someone wearing a really pretty dress that had an off the shoulder, gathered sleeve. This was easy to do and took less than ten minutes! I am always looking for ways to make my favourite tshirts look cool and unique, so this was a fun new style I hadn't tried before. Can't wait to wear it!
