How to gather the front of a tshirt neckline. I absolutely love when people send me pictures of designs they want to create. And I have been wanting to show how to create a rouched neckline for awhile now. I started doing this to all my long sleeved tshirts this winter!

Hope you like the result, and you don't have to make the shirt into a tank top! You can add this neckline to any t-shirt or sweater, without touching the sleeves at all.
